Expert Architect in the Bronx

There is a distinct style of architecture in the Bronx that is formed by residential districts, civic buildings, apartment buildings, and unique suburban communities. The Grand Concourse is famous for its Art Deco architecture, while Mott Haven has old-fashioned architectural buildings. The houses in Longwood were built at the turn of the century and have Roman bricks and ornate designs. Riverdale presents a completely different atmosphere in which larger houses and green spaces can be found.

This diversity implies that renovations and new constructions may need completely different approaches. An object located in a historic district may need a sensitive approach toward its architecture, while a modern residential building requires a more open-minded approach to space and materials. Eva Studios deals with all these differences by means of architectural design, interior architecture, and construction management.
